Diehl Aviation has inaugurated an 8,200 square meter facility in Querétaro, Mexico, marking a major strategic investment to expand its footprint in the Americas and support leading aerospace manufacturers.
The new plant, located in the PyMe Industrial Park, will initially produce spacious overhead bins for the Airbus A220, later adding interior components for Eve Air Mobility’s eVTOL program.
With an investment in the double-digit million-euro range, the facility currently employs about 20-30 staff, projected to grow to around 500 jobs as production ramps up.
